1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Roktalap platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms
and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any
posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will
constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use
this service.
2. User Responsibilities
Users of the Roktalap platform agree to the following responsibilities:
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate,
current, and complete.
- Eligibility: You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and
are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Bangladesh or other applicable
jurisdiction.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or
account.
3. Platform Rules & Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially,
ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Roktalap official, or falsely state
or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content
transmitted through the Service.
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Roktalap acts solely as a connecting platform between blood donors and recipients. We are not a medical
service provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or medical suitability of any blood donation.
In no event shall Roktalap, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to
you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever
resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property
damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our service, or (iii) any
unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored
therein.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
basis. Roktalap expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and
conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof.
You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. Use of the
Service following the posting of modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and
conditions.
